  Upon arrival it took atleast 5 minutes to get a seat because the hostess was absent from the front counter. Followed by that the person who waited on us, did a very poor job. Upon bringing the food, I had ordered a coconut shrimp dish. He brings the plate but goes on to say "I will have to bring you your coconut shrimp sauce" and then goes off to take orders from another guest. I waited 3-4 minutes before saying something with a completely different waiter which they then brought me my sauce. Safe to say, I will not be going back there. Very poor and slightly immature waiters.

  First time in since the change from Marleys but have been a patron for years. Ordered my favorite crab dip and it was a bunch of cream cheese with a few crab crumbs dropped in for flavor. They didn't help. They no longer have the rumors specials and they increased all the menu prices. The bartender was very nice and the only reason I am giving more than 1 star. I don't recommend them now and I used to give them glowing reviews.

  My high school son & friends went to eat at Marley's for homecoming. My son questioned the waiter, Oliver, about the surf & turf. My son asked at least 3 times the price and all Oliver said was "market price" and "that it was not much more expensive". Being high school kid, he didn't want to act cheap or stupid so he ordered it. He ordered it with lobster, when the meal came he had crab legs - but not to worry, same price according to Oliver. When the bill came, with his soda & added gratuity the bill came to $66.73. Thank goodness he had enough money with. When Oliver told him it wouldn't be that expensive he was thinking possibly $40.00 total bill. Now, when I contacted one of the managers I explained all of this and he in turn said he would check into it and talk to Oliver and call me back. Still waiting for my call. My main complaint was & still is the communication. It should of been very clear that these kids were young. Questions regarding the menu should of been answered. We live an hour away, so like I said thank goodness he had enough money with him.
