  Was not happy with the food not being cooked as requested. Server came to check on us at the end, which by then everyone had finished eating. The food didn't get eaten but it defiantly got paid for. Wasted stop and will make sure never to exit off exit 87 in Wisconsin Dells.

  Staff at the front couldn't get all the people waiting straight. They wrote down our name and that we had a party of 5 which included 3 kids. They called our party but a party of 6 jumped at it. He even got the kids crayons and coloring sheets together with all the menus and silverware to bring with to the table. There clearly weren't any kids in that party dude. I do give him props for apologizing but seriously you need a better system and you need to use more common sense. One last thing is that they were busy and there were a lot of people and the 2 at the front made comments about how no one was leaving. Unnecessary comments about your customers and if I had been sitting down eating I would've been uncomfortable.
